What is CashNow?

CashNow is an instant personal loan platform for foreign nationals in UAE. You can apply for a Short-Term Personal Loan up to AED 10,000 for up to 6 months. The application process is completely online, and once approval, the cash is immediately transferred to your bank account.

Hong much is the loan amount?

Loan amount is ranged from AED 300 to AED 10,000 depending on your credit history, repayment capacity, and your specifc need.

How long is the loan term?

Loan term is ranged from 14 days to 6 months depending on your need and your credit history.

How much is the interest rate?

The charge might differ depeding on loan amount and tenure selected as well as your credit history.
If you don’t make payment on time, additional penalty charge might apply.

Can I increase loan amount?

Repayment as per agreement will be the most important factor to help increase your credit limit.

Can I increase loan term?

Keeping a good borrowing & repayment record will enable you have more term options.

How to apply?

What are the requirements to get a loan?

You must have valid Emirates ID and UAE bank card to receive your loan.

How soon will my application be approved?

In normal situation, your application should be approved within 3 minutes.But if you stuck in the Emirates ID verification, it’s usually need 48 working hours for manually check.

Do I need to pay any fee before I get a loan?

No. You DON’T need to pay any charge before receiving your loan.

Is there any promotion I can enjoy?

Yes. We frequently have promotion or discount coupons offered to our customers. You may check your SMS inbox from us. Those coupons will be applied to your application whenever applicable.

How do I see the details of my approved loan?

The details of your loan will be disclosed to you before your confirmation on the application. Plus, you will also be able to view the details once the loan is approved.

Why was my application rejected ?

I. Credit history.

II. Submitted information was insufficient.

III. Some submitted information is inaccurate.

You are always welcome to try again, application does not affect your credit score.

How can I increase my credit limit?

Repayment as per agreement will be the most important factor to help increase your credit limit.

What if my Emirates ID is expired?

If your Emirates ID is or about to expire, your loan application won’t be approved. Please upload your newest Emirates ID in PayBy wallet and re-apply.

What makes Emirate ID verification failed?

You need to prepare the Emirate ID and take a clear photo of it. Then make sure the brightness and without hat and glass when you scan your face. please try again.

How long the Emirate ID verification will takes?

Generally speaking, the Emirates ID verification is instant. However, sometimes the verification process will be manually when the liveness photo is not fullly matched, which need additional 48 working hours to finish.

Loan Disbursement

How to receive money?

How can I receive money?

Currently, we disburse the loan to your UAE bank account or your Botim wallet. During application, your will be required to provide IBAN of your bank account or your Botim number so that your application can be complete.

After the loan is approved, we will disburse the amount to your bank account or your botim wallet, it depends what you select during application. You can check your bank account or Botim- Me- Balance page.

How can I find my money in Botim wallet

You can download and login your BOTOM APP with same phone number provided to CashNow, and click the “me” page, you can find the botim balance, the disbursed amount will be shown there.

What is IBAN and where to find my IBAN?

IBAN is the 23-digit bank account number which is used for bank transfers.If you have difficulty to find the IBAN of your bank account, you might check the bank account opening letter, bank statement, online banking or mobile banking application, or consult with your bank directly. You might also refer to ths following link for the sample instruction: Link

What can I do if I put the wrong IBAN?

If your IBAN is not correct, then the disbursal amount will not be collected back. We suggest you reapply and change the correct IBAN.

How soon can I receive money?

Normally, the amount will be transferred to your bank account in 24 hours. During weekend and official holidays, the transfer might be delayed due to non operation from banks. If you have any concern on loan delivery, please contact our customer service: help.cashnow@quantix.ae

How much will I receive?

We emphasize the transparency of the transaction. Right before you confirm the loan application, you will be able to see how much amount you can receive once it is approved. Please be noted that the amount disbursed to you might be lower than original loan amount as a service charge will be deducted.

IBAN has been used?

An IBAN (bank account) cannot be used for disbursement if it is linked to another CashNow user. If you want to use this IBAN, it has to be removed from the current user.

If you don’t know why your IBAN was used by another person or cannot contact the person who used it, please prepare your Emirates ID, your bank statement showing your name and IBAN number, and send to our customer email address: help.cashnow@quantix.ae. We will contact you to help.

How to remove IBAN?

Click on Setting (top-right corner of CashNow homepage screen) and choose “My bank card” to manage the list of bank card.

NOTICE: An IBAN cannot be removed if any outstanding loan is not yet settled.

Repayment

How to repay my loan?

You have 3 options to make your repayment:

When you have debit card:

You can choose online payment thru your bank card – please turn on CashNow application and proceed payment following the instruction directly (please be noted that a bank card number beginning with 533191 can’t be used for repayment), the amount will reflect to your bill immediately.

When you don't have debit card:

You can choose cash repayment – please find NTPAY Kiosk and recharge your PayBy wallet, then make the payment thru PayBy. Customer service team will help you to deduct the money, and the amount will reflect to your bill immediately.

You can choose offline payment

You can go to the “Repay through bank transfer” section, enter the repayment amount, and transfer the money to your dedicated IBAN via CDM, mobile banking, or online banking.

Once the transfer is received, the repayment will be proceeded within 1 hour.

Any excess repayment will refunded to your botim pay account, you can download botim app, login with the same phone number in CashNow, and access the money in botim -> Money page.

Can I make partial payment only?

Yes. However, we strongly suggest you to make full payment to avoid any penalty and maintain your good credit record.

NOTICE: Partial payment won’t refrain you from any late charge and penalty.

What will happen if I make a late payment?

You will be charged late fee and/or penalty when you make a late payment. Serious late payment will impact your credit record adversely. If you really encounter challenge on your payment, please discuss with our collection advistor to arrange payment properly.

Is it allowed to settle the loan before due date?

Yes, you can early settle your loan at any time only when you repaid all the principal and fees, the exact number you can check on your CashNow app.

Please note that early settlement is only available after at least one-third of your loan term has passed.

Why does the system not register my payment?

When the payment is settled in the app but you still receive the call from collection, you can ignore the call, it will not affect your credit history.If you choose the bank card to repay, generally speaking it takes 1 working day. Actual time depends on each bank’s process.If you choose the Kiosk machine or the offline bank transfer, it takes 2-3 working days to register. Please be patient and check later.

Can I get loan right after fully settlement?

You can apply for a new loan right after your previous loan is fully settled. However, please be noted that the settlement of a loan with payment made through offline channels (kiosks or bank transfer) will require manual validation. Therefore, please be patient to wait for your settlement to be confirmed. We will send a notification to you once your loan is confirmed settled.

Can I extend my due day?

Yes, you can extend the due day with several choices: 7 days/ 14 days/ 21 days/ 28 days, once you clear the current bill penalty(if has) and pay the extension fee relatively, the loan will be extended accordingly.

What to do if I have financial difficulty to make a payment?

First of all, keep in mind that the consequence you will face if you don’t repay the loan, including but not limited to extra late fee and penalty charge, negative impact to your credit record, and more collection effort against you.

What is Loan Restructure?

Loan Restructure is a financial solution to help users manage repayment difficulties. It converts the remaining loan balance into a new loan with a revised payment plan that suits the outstanding amount.

How can I apply for Loan Restructure?

If you qualify, you’ll see an option to apply on the CashNow repayment page. CashNow will also notify you through various channels if you are eligible.

Can a restructured loan be restructured or extended again?

No, a restructured loan cannot be restructured or extended further. It must be fully settled manually.

What is a Top Up Loan?

A Top Up Loan is a new loan that pays off your current loan and gives you extra money.
For account safety, the extra funds will be disbursed only to your Botim Wallet.

How do I apply for a Top Up Loan?

Top Up Loans are only available to users with a strong repayment record.
If you're eligible, you'll see a Top Up Loan option on your repayment homepage.
Tap the entry, select your preferred amount, and submit the request.
Once approved, you'll receive the extra funds along with a new repayment plan.

What are the charges for a Top Up Loan?

A Top Up Fee will be charged and automatically deducted from your new loan disbursement.
However, no Processing Fee applies to Top Up Loans.
All fees will be clearly shown on the Top Up confirmation page before you submit.

How do I repay a Top Up Loan?

Repayment works the same as a regular loan.
You can repay via online or offline channels, enable auto-debit, and if eligible, apply for early settlement, extension, or restructure.

About AECB Reporting

What is AECB?

Al Etihad Credit Bureau (AECB) is a Federal Government organisation that collects credit data, information and financial commitments from banks and financial institutions in order to provide accurate credit reports to individuals, financial institutions and companies in the UAE in accordance with the laws and regulations of the UAE.

What is Credit Report?

Your Credit Report, from AECB, is a document that includes your personal identity information, details of your credit cards, loans and other credit facilities, along with your payment and bounced cheque history.Your credit report will include:A record of your current and previous credit facilitiesYour payment history over a period of up to five yearsA record of any overdue paymentsAny records of payment defaults and bounced chequesThe information in your Credit Report is provided by banks, finance companies and telecom companies. Additional information from other sources such as utilities, real estate, government and other entities will be added in the future.

Will my credit records be submitted?

Yes. All your credit records will be submitted to the AECB and timely repayments will improve your overall score. However, any missed payments, default on loans or failure to settle outstanding debts on due dates will also be reported. We strongly advise you to make timely repayments to maintain your credit score and improve your financial potential.

Please note that your credit record with CashNow will be reported to the Al Etihad Credit Bureau (AECB) under our legal entity, Quantix Technology Project LLC, in line with regulatory requirements. For all inquiries related to AECB reporting, please provide your registered phone number, EID number, and your full name together with your inquiries and send to aecb.inquiry@quantix.ae

What will be the consequences if my negative credit records are submitted to AECB?

1. A negative report (such as missed payments, defaults, or excessive debt) could severely limit your ability to get loans, credit cards, or financing from banks and any financial institution within UAE.

2. Companies may check your credit history as part of hiring process. A poor credit record might affect your chances of securing jobs in future.

3. A negative credit record could lead to more aggressive debt collection measures, including legal action, by your creditors.However, you can improve your credit record over a period of time by repaying back any missed payments and settling any outstanding loans.

Can I improve my credit score?

Of course! Your AECB credit score is dynamic and can change based on the most recent information in your credit report. You can always improve your score by paying bills and credit card and loan repayments on time. You will also score higher if you are seen to be reducing your outstanding debt and the amount of credit you have. Even if you have missed payments in the past, repaying it back as soon as possible will help to improve your Score and credit worthiness.

About No Liability Letter

What is a No Liability Letter?

A No Liability Letter is an official document issued by CashNow to confirm that you currently have no outstanding loans or liabilities with us. It may be used for personal, banking, or visa-related purposes.

Is there a fee to request this letter?

Yes. A service fee of AED 60 is charged for each No Liability Letter request. The fee covers administrative review, processing, and document issuance.

What is the process to request a No Liability Letter?

Please follow these steps:
1. Click to download the No Liability Letter Request Form;
2. Fill out the form and send it via email to: operations@quantix.ae
3. Wait for a reply from our team with payment instructions;
4. Transfer AED 60 to the provided bank account;
5. Reply with payment proof, sender account name, and mobile number;
6. Once verified, your No Liability Letter will be sent within 5 business days.

What happens if my payment is not matched?

If we cannot verify your payment, we will contact you via email for clarification. Make sure to provide a clear receipt and accurate sender information.

How long does the process take?

Once payment is received and confirmed, we aim to send your No Liability Letter within 5 business days.

Can I get a refund if I cancel the request?

Unfortunately, the AED 60 fee is non-refundable once payment is made, as it covers administrative effort and processing costs.
